We have reserved a block of rooms at the Days Hotel and Conference Center in Flatwoods WV at a preferential rate. To make room reservations call the Days Hotel and Conference Center by June 4, 2008 for special room rates at (304)765-2032 ext. 102. Special room rates are $71.06 plus tax for single and $79.16 plus tax for a double. Please make sure to tell the reservationists that you are with the WV Annual HR Conference to receive special rates.
**Cancellation Policy for Conference is as follows:
· Cancellations must be in writing and e-mailed to sheri.rasberry@wvhr.net
· No fee will be assessed if the cancellation is made before May 15
· Cancellations will be assessed a $50 administrative fee from May 16 to May 31st
· Cancellations received after May 31, 2008, are nonrefundable, but an alternate may attend.
