**Cancellation Policy for Conference is as follows:

·         Cancellations must be in writing and e-mailed to sheri.rasberry@wvhr.net

·         No fee will be assessed if the cancellation is made before May 15

·         Cancellations will be assessed a $50 administrative fee from May 16 to May 31st

·         Cancellations received after May 31, 2008, are nonrefundable, but an alternate may attend.
